As soon as you have placed your order, you will receive an e-mail
notification confirming your order from us or
from Paypal if you paid by their service. This happens instantly so if
you do not receive it, you have almost certainly entered your e-mail
address incorrectly. Your email spam filter may need adjusting to let
our emails through.
Most orders are dispatched the same day, but sometimes it takes
a
little longer.
Please allow up to three working days. You will need to order before
2pm for next day delivery.
Finally, you will receive another e-mail to let you know that
your
order has been dispatched. If you paid by Google, you will receive an
email from them as well. A tracking code is usually included on this email.
