 Our Returns Policy

 

Thinking of returning an item?

To ensure the safe return of your items and the correct allocation of the items to your order, please follow the guidelines below:
  • Please use our online Customer Support Centre to return all items that you have purchased directly from Radios-uk . Enter your invoice number and then wait for our reply and instructions.
  • Please do not send items to the address on your invoice  until you receive the email. Some products are handled by the manufacturers directly and sending to the wrong address will slow up the process.

Our 10-day returns guarantee

Our 10-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 10 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item--see our Refunds Policy. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. Please note that we reserve the right to send back items to you that have been returned to us after 10 days unless they are faulty.


This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

After the ten day period we are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect.

We cannot accept for return items that have been specially ordered or ordered in multiple quantities that have had to be specially ordered from the manufacturer/main supplier. We cannot accept any SOFTWARE or BATTERIES for return for obvious reasons.

 

Warranty periods

The Manufacturers warranty is applied in all cases. This can vary but is usually 12 months or longer. Small headsets and earpieces are mainly covered for 6 months only. Batteries are not covered.

Shortages

Missing items in your order should be notified within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery
